Note, Citibank are currently offering 2.9% PLUS a Blackberry Curve 8520 when you spend $20,000 in the first 3 months.

Unlike a lot of business credit cards, it comes with a flexible rewards program which includes Qantas Frequent Flyer redemption and the option to redeem the points on behalf of your business or yourself. The earn ratio is also surprisingly high: 1.25 points per $1 spent.
Both the interest rate (20.74% on purchases and 21.49% on cash) and annual fee ($149) are a little high, but comparable to other business credit cards in the market. Plus, if you're planning to use this card predominantly for cash flow, the 55 day interest free period will mean the high purchase rate should never be a problem.
At the moment, you can also get 2.9% for 12 months on balances transferred.
Overall, the Citibusiness Gold is a solid card with an above-average rewards program that's sure to be popular with many small business owners.
