hi do you know of any cards which i can get while im on youth allowance?

I'll assume you're a student as you said you're on youth allowance.
There are a few banks which offer student credit cards and explicitly state they accept applicants who are receiving youth allowance as their primary source of income.
You should check out the Westpac Student Visa and the Commonwealth Student Card.
As with all credit cards, you'll need to be over 18 to apply.
