Airline Elite Status

Is their any way that I can earn airline elite status through any credit cards issued in Australia.
The Westpac Singapore Airlines cards allow you to earn points towards the KrisFlyer program. If you earn enough points, you can earn their KrisFlyer Elite Silver membership, which gives you priority aiport standby, priority reservation waitlist and a 25% tier bonus on actual miles flown.

You can further upgrade to a KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership, which entitles you to increased check-in baggage allowance, priority airport check-in, priority boarding, priority baggage handling and access to the Star Alliance Gold Lounge.

The point must be earnt by buying singapore airlines ticket not by how much point you have by credit cards.

No, you earn KrisFlyer miles for any purchases on your Westpac Singapore Airlines cards -- not just Singapore Airlines tickets.

the points from Westpac are not able to upgrade for krisfyer elite or gold for previlage to their lounges.
