Amex Priority Pass

Can the priority pass given out from the Amex Platinum card be used to gain entry into Airline lounges such as Qantas and Cathay Pacific
I'm not familiar with the priority pass feature. I did a search on their website and couldn't find any reference to it.
Do you perhaps mean the platinum priority service? If so, no, that's a personal concierge service offered on Amex platinum cards.
