Visa Infinite Card

What are the qualifications to get a Visa Infinite credit card and how do you get one in Australia ?

As far as I'm aware, the Visa Infinite is available by invitation only.
I've never heard of it being offered in Australia, but I did find this article (http://blog.creditcard.com.au/types/visa/visa-infinite-credit-card/) which suggests there are "a couple of private banks such as St. George’s private banking" which may offer the card (I'm not sure about the credibility of this source).
