Hi
I would like to start purchasing goods using a credit card, earn the reward points, then pay off the entire balance on the due date. What cards would you recommend from the major banks or other?

Hi Joe,
If you intend to pay off the balance prior to the due date, you don't need to be concerned with the purchase or cash rates -- instead, focus on cards which have a small (or no) annual fee, an interest-free period and a good rewards earn rate.
Take a look at the American Express Blue Sky and the Bankwest Zero MasterCard.
