On a pension I want to transfer to new credit card

I am on a pension only and I still have a credit card from my brief working period. Is there any banks that will accept a transfer so I can get a lower rate? My current card is 20.49% my limit is $5000. I currently owe $1,250 approx. I have a regular automated deposit of $97 a week into my card. Never gone over the limit or had a default payment. Thanks
Ooops forgot to mention I am with Commonwealth Bank.
