Lowest fees card on international transactions

I'm practically new to credit cards so I'm a bit confused regarding them.
I'm a long term Commbank customer but I don't "think" they got the card that suits my needs.
The only use I'll do with a credit card is to sometimes doing international transactions and rarely to purchase goods on internet of course I'm looking for yearly low fees too.
Any additional gadget is very welcome.
Could you please suggest me the best option?
I was suggested Go Matercard (not sure regarding its use) by a friend then I did a Google research and came to this web site.
